Responsibilities:
- Software development — design and code prototype embedded software components (hand‑coded and auto‑coded) for automotive suspension control systems.
- Requirements analysis — review and interpret functional specifications and translate them into software design and implementation tasks.
- Software integration — integrate software modules within AUTOSAR‑based architectures, ensuring compatibility and functional correctness.
- Modular architecture — release software in a structured, modular form aligned with internal development processes.
- Debugging and issue resolution — perform debugging, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions on embedded systems.
- Collaboration — work closely with system engineers, test teams, and calibration engineers to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
- Documentation — prepare and maintain technical documentation according to automotive standards.
Qualifications: (R) – required, (P) – preferred
- Education - Bachelor’s Degree in electronics, mechatronics, automation (R)
- Experience - 3 years of SW developing experience (R)
- Embedded C programming — strong proficiency in C for embedded systems (R)
- AUTOSAR knowledge — experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform (BSW, RTE, SWC) (R)
- Microcontrollers — understanding of automotive‑grade MCUs (Infineon, NXP, Renesas or similar) (P)
- Software development lifecycle — familiarity with V‑model development and automotive software processes (P)
- Debugging tools — experience with debuggers, emulators, and measurement tools (e.g., Trace32, CANoe, CANape) (R)
- English proficiency — ability to read and write technical documentation in English (R)
Preferred Skills: - Model‑based development — experience with MATLAB/Simulink and auto‑code generation (TargetLink, Embedded Coder).
- AUTOSAR architecture – experience with BSW SWC and RTE development (Vector DaVinci, ETAS ISOLAR/RTA-CAR).
- Experience with working on Embedded System Compilers – Tasking, WindRiver, etc.
- Automotive standards — knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, or OEM‑specific development processes.
- Control algorithms — understanding of control theory or vehicle dynamics (especially suspension systems).
- Version control — experience with Git, Jenkins, Windchill or CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication protocols — familiarity with CAN, FlexRay or Ethernet.
